I loved this piece when I saw it at pixeljoint.  My only crit is the bottom half and the top half look a bit mismatched since you've got all that black on the bottom and none on the top.

Very nice.  I agree with Cure.  Also, some of the outline around the neck/face area is pretty rough, as well as the legs and tail.

Awesome head!  The leg that is coming toward us appears very flat and odd in comparison to the great volumes on the rest of the body though

Excellent work! My only criticisms are that the far leg looks a bit too dark and the outline could definitely use some smoothing. Other than that it's a great piece, good job.
