small sprite for game

Hey, I'm having some trouble with this sprite:



It's supposed to be like a swimming fish like thing...
(it's actually a scanner for a debugger)

I cant get the animation to look good, and i'm not sure about how the sprite looks. Any crits/suggestions very much appreciated.

have a look at how i did the fin on this seahorse a while ago, might give you some help
