Hi all, time to jump to the reality, after reading quite a time the board, its time to register and stop dreaming of doing pixel art and starting to try some...

source : Palette color from Arne with happymonster's purple color, changed and added some pink tones.

I think the sprite is laking of some light projection on the back  and posture isn't really interresting maybe .

C&C are really appriciated

Changed the jaws and the width of the worm, added green thingy, changed a bit the arm and back color. Now he looks like a bit retard, better for me

thx a lot xelados, i didn't figure how to unflat the worm :s.
i just looked  a small time of your edit to not redo what you did.

added soldiers running away, two updates, with slime thingy on mouth and without. c&c are still welcome to improve this.
