Grab a marker or brush, something broad that places down a simple, even tone. Start making ink blots. They don't have to be of anything to start, just let your creative flow go and you'll start to see things in your blots. If you make a blot you particularly like, go back in with a black ballpoint pen and add details.
Either that, or go find a random name generator. There's plenty of those on the internets.
