I think he could use some highlights on his nose and maybe the brow and fur on the cheek, and his eyes could be shaded. Right now they're just white orbs with pupils. Using the lightest purple on the eyes is probably a good color to shade it lightly with and the white of the eyes can be used to give some shine to the nose and brow.

I went ahead and made an edit to show it. Also, relfected light is a neat thing that often adds depth. I perhaps use it too much, but I don't care. I'm in love with reflected light.

Nice cat! very stylish. looks like something out of a cartoon! it's very well shadedl. and yes, blick's sugestion do add to it! I think it looks good. the only thing I could put my finger on is the fact that it looks ( to me ) a bit like a mask. like if it had no depth. but that may be of the position of the light. front light tends to make things look flat.
