This is my only gift for today:
Outside there's part where we keep old stuff, like an old black box that used to carry pencils and drawing utensils, that is partly broken on the side. My grandmother went outside to find something else and looked in the box, and a bird has made its nest
in the nest are some pretty little eggs
later when my brother checked again, the mom was in there, warming the eggs
we will not ever cause any distress to the bird, just taken for posterity. Truly, spring is here, and the house is blessed to give shelter to another living thing.
