Ok well, I'll finally call it done. I'm leaving for holiday for six weeks right now so it's just not going to change anymore.
I removed the one pixel in the wrong colour too by the way, eventhough I'm not entirely sure if it was on my tile or not. The tiles got confusing anyway, hence the big image.

Lot of unplanned stuff's gone on in this last month, not gonna go into it but i'll say i've not touched my pc for a while.

I think when this is done you should replace the transparency with black and convert the pallette to 16 colors. Just to make the whole piece set-in-stone unbelievable
