The sub-pixel movement is nice.
He should turn his head a bit less. Makes him look like he's shaking his head while walking. Just my opinion though.
Also, give him a gun.

The head's movement is supposed to be contrary to the arms
The stick's tip could be raised and lowered while walking
The yellow thing on his cap needs to move one more pixel
and the shadows on his cap seems odd to me

his back seems too far back compared to his legs, i realise it's not actually a full pixel off, so it's pretty much impossible to fix, but it's still kinda weird
i like it though, nice and smooth
