Top Down Car Sprites

[I Am Uh]

Here are some car sprites I've been working on for a game I've been considering.

Any suggestions on how these could be improved, edits, crtis, and what not.

I like what you've done so far, but the dithering is somewhat distracting. Cars have smooth surfaces, while the dithering suggests texture.

The color ramps are a bit boring at the moment, since they go straight to black without any variation in hue. A bit of blue in the darker shades makes the palette a bit more interesting. You can also throw out some of the similar shades and lower the color count a bit.

I'd also try not to use black outlines for everything. In between brighter colors, you can use lighter shades. Otherwise, the lines will seem very thick.

Alright I tried to get rid of the dithering for a smoother sleek feel. I also had a little fun with hue shifting.

Very neat pieces, Arachne made a good point about the detail on the window. I took it and modified a few things, what I edited was the shining on the corners of the car, I gave it a more shiny edge to it.

I see what you're saying, it seems like you're trying to make it so the sides bump out like where the head lights are. I'll take that into consideration, thanks.
