Lost returned tonight.

It wasn't epic.

But it was still good.

Don't forget Porco Rosso. It needs love, too.

And Princess Mononoke. Though those are all Miyasaki films, they have other great movies as well. Like Grave of the Fireflies (that is not one you would wanna watch more than once tho T_T)

Yep, saw all Ghibli films except for "Only Yesterday" and "My Neighbors the Yamadas".

Porco Rosso: Good film, but not one of my favorites. Nice aeronautic scenes however.
Princess Mononoke: Lovely film, but the special version has not the complete storyboard (like the other films I ordered). I order it next time.
Grave of the Fireflies: I don't know. Maybe I don't know enough about the japanese history or the film was just to sad. Don't like it very much.

[edit]
I like Spirited Away the most so far

that one and Life Is Beautiful compete for the honor of "saddest movie I've ever seen twice."
A mistake is a mistake.
The same mistake twice is a bad habit.
The same mistake three or more times is a motif.

Aww man, did you have to remind me of that movie? It's great but sooo sad as well. There are some complete downer movies out there.
Requiem for a dream is also on that list.

I watched that on Turner Classic Movies years ago and I remember crying like no other.

This all just reminds me that I still have to get My Neighbor Totoro. I remember watching it when I was about two years old, just vague images of it is all I can remember, but I must watch it again.
