Yes, either immediately before or after he has slain someone with a bunny.

I'm thinking I may cut my hair before leaving for the states.
(brother's graduating college, and we're gonna do disneyworld, grand canyon, other tourist shit)

I've gotten to the point where when I wash my hair, it stays clean for about half a day, after that it's all greasy and looks prepped for dreads.
Most of you guys have long hair too, what am I doing wrong? :'(

let the shampoo soak into your hair for like 10 mins before washing it out.

Also, use conditioner, but make sure you wash ALL of it out.

if all else fails, just use a razor :D

How I do it:
-Wash only your scalp with the shampoo, as washing the ends will dry them out.  I mean, wash your hair, but scalp's more important, I'd say.

-Wash a second time with shampoo--key step for dandruff elimination. (optional. I usually do twice every other time.)

-Put in conditioner and let it soak for like 5-10 minutes, based on how much of a hurry you're in, then rinse it out.  Conditioner actually goes in the hair this time, as it would be wasted on the scalp :P

-Then afterwards, brush like a madman.  Start from the bottom of your hair and work towards your scalp because otherwise your hair can tangle and snap and you get split ends.  But yeah, brush a lot; when it gets all dread-ready, brush it.  Sometimes you gotta wet the brush, too, if you have to I mean.

This is a customization of something I got from some fashion site or something and it seems to work pretty well.  I used to be in the same boat of washing my hair and it being a greasy, pre-dread mess by the end of the day, too, and this helped me as far as I can tell.

I'm in the same boat as Lar-wack. I just woke up, took a shower, and went to school or work. My hair would naturally go down and wavy. I got's naturally black hair and dark brown eyes(yar, beaner genetics hit me up good). I can't grow a full beard, only a goatee, and 'stache.(spaniard style)
I got an unborn furry unibrow waiting to burst out into the world, but I keep it in it's place. Haven't grown hair on my chest yet, either, and I'm 21. Maybe I should quit my desk job, and just go out and be a logger, hunter or woodsmen, or something. My body feels so puny, and not developed, like my father's. I guess at at early age he was set to work on a poor farm, so he developed the big hairy forearms, and fat gorilla fingers, whereas mine look like lady fingers. Not so manly, man. Not so manly at all...

Maybe one of these days in this century I'll post a picture, or something...
my back hurts...

yeah.

I've never had my hair longer than a fraction of an inch, and I intend to keep it that way. But I do want a beard+'stache oh-so badly. Just like this:

While we're describing ourselves, I'm scrawny lanky rippling with masses of perfectly formed and well developed muscles, ~6'. No signs of a beard yet but the 'stache is slowly materializing.

does anyone think the banning on this forum is too extreme?
