Yeah the whole vibe of the CD version intro is very Saturday Morning Cartoon-esque. Looks like a combination of left-overs from the original game and a new artist who was trying (and failing) to ape to the style. The narrator had a pretty cool voice though. Sounds like the guy from Earthseige 2.

Yeah, he sounds cooler at the ending of the game where theres echo and stuff.

Cannon fodder cd32 intro is pretty good though.
