*Throws hands up* I don't know!  I swear!  I was asking the same thing last time I was here!  *Looks around frantically* Why don't you ask one of the mods?  They might know better!

Wow, I could imagine the possibilities. I would love to see Wii games take advantage of this. Too bad it only works for one person at a time.

i'm sure for multiplayer they could rig it up to divide between two screens same as all multiplayer.  but yeah for two people at a time they either need separate screens of completely different physics.

Oh wow, 5 dollars for a notepad. Do you know how many different things you can do with five dollars? That's five hundred cents, man. That'l buy you a lot of paper, lots of notepads.

...i don't get it.

well first it's a sketchbook (not notes, not pad), if that helps it make sense - the money is for the quality of the paper, the binding, and the durability.  It's hardcover, so it will keep things safe.  It's toned, which is always a plus, and takes ink, watercolor, and gauche without buckling.  Do i use computer paper to sketch?  All the time.  Do i own a moleskine? of course.  In fact, i own three, two of which have ever face filled and one is about halfway through.

That's nice and all purpose. But wouldn't a binder and paper bought separately, capable of handling all those mediums, be cheaper and as useful? Plus, reusability (both of the cover and of the paper used inside).

It's becoming a trend with some people i know, which tend to be people who buy things to be trendy, not necessarily because they really need them. Like the guy who dislikes games but just bought a state of the art graphics card (tested it for 5 minutes with one of the latest Tomb Raiders, and then turned it off), or the one that bought one of those digital cameras with exchageable lenses because "he wants to be an artist" (last month he was going to learn dj'ing, and the month prior he was going to do an oil painting of a white square on black background. Of course none of those came to be).

But if it's something that really fulfills one's needs, i'd say the money's completely justifiable! (edit) all i'm advocating is intelligent buying.
