This is looking good:

It's a freeware castlevania remake-ish, with a blend of pixel-art, regular cg and some post processing effects, apparently. It's mostly cg, but has pixel-art attention to it.
There's a video at the forum with the post processing in effect.

anyone ever play story of thor or "beyond oasis" (as it was called in some places) on the sega genesis?
I downloaded it on my Wii and it's a lot of fun, sorta like zelda gameplay meets beat'em-up, and the graphics are pretty too

Virtual console is probably my favourite part of the wii :)

Stupid vista. I had to get a new pc and my old photoshop is too ancient to use on this computer. I have to find something (better than plain ol' paint) that will work on Vista. Now to go do some research.

run in compatibility mode for windows 2000 OR just download IDraw3/buy promotion
A mistake is a mistake.
The same mistake twice is a bad habit.
The same mistake three or more times is a motif.

I've recently had to use PS CS3 on Vista.. CS3 is supposed to be lighter than CS2, right? Still, with 2 gigs of memory (and PS has been set to use a maximum amount of memory) it's nearly unusably slow and jaggy, especially when using brushes and Wacom... and it doesn't seem to make a difference whether I use pixel size brushes or high res brushes.

Intel Core 2 Duo E6700 2.67GHz... it's not actually my computer, mine's older and waiting for a new HD because the less than year old Seagate HD self-destructed, but I have to work on this atm.
