Decided to screw color count, because I'm not sure how to count them with photoshop yet.

Methinks that the blue colors from his aftershave needs changing.

Changing how? Luminosity? Hue? Saturation? More? Less?

I would make it more of an orange-grey.

Looks like you did something wrong, since your picture currently has 202 colors
I like the overall idea of this though, but I think pacman isnt "round" enough.

Right now the aftershave looks a lot more like a beard because of how dark eet is.
Withdrawl looks like with drawl with that space between it.
Somethings wrong with the AA on the aftershave above his mouth, not entirely sure what that is though...
I also changed the lighting on the bottle so that Pacman's reflection is on it.
There's probably some strange color changes caused by me changing the color count down to 24.

Besides that, looks good .

Awesome freaking edit man...the color reduction thing especially....like I said, I'm not sure how to conserve colors in Photoshop yet....

About the "aftershave thing", its *supposed* to be a beard....is it reading wrong or something?  I guess I'll try a color change of sorts....

I think I'm going to add more pills and paraphernalia and stuff too

Haha, that would explain why it looks like that.
I think it's mainly the scar that's throwing it off.
Perhaps something like thisa:

Actually, now that you say that, that scar is filler yeah, this is going to need a major revamp   I should have an edit some time soon.

what do you mean you're not sure how to count/conserve colours in photoshop? o_o; You could easily just.....count them by hand?

btw something is kinda wrong with the way you're saving it or something. The gif monster has changed the bg colour into 10 -almost the same- colours. lol
