hey, great piece. the only things i can immediately notice are:

the shading on his innner right thigh seems a little harsh. i would say try to blend it in a bit more with the surrounding colours, but not too much, as i can see you may be going for the rubber pants, style.  :P

also some green areas look a bit pillow shaded, even though they are dithered

It's nice.
But it seems the right arm is just a bit offset.
The left half of the jester hat can use some illumination from the blue lightsaber.

Sweet. In some areas, you've got black outlines, in some you haven't - that's my main problem. Other than that, just some AWOL shading. Good tho :D Bettah than I'm capable of.
