You just said it yourself in pixel dimensions as well right?
Anyways, you have more than one sprite so you can vary in sizes between sprites right?

I updated attack animation:

I added some sword template on him and made a bit better outlines. cc please.

Yes, those collors aint working for me (ok, it could work for a night setting, I guess). I have a hard time telling what is dirt and what is grass.

It sort of reminds me of Earthbound for the snes.
