Pinepple Warrior for Weekly Challenge.

on: November 09, 2007, 12:15:15 am

The white is the WIP space, yes I know it's bad, but I'm rushed.
Yup, I took away the McDonald's one so here's this one. I really need help with the pants and pectoral area!

It sickens me that you would consider this a vegetable. Anyways, a decent start, but you could go for some more interesting shading, even while holding the cartoon-like style.

I'm not going to pretend this is a small task either; certainly none of us here can claim to have accomplished it.  it's the realm of masters.  still, it's what we all have to try for.

May I clear this up? The competition clearly stated "Food" Warrior. Not vegetable or fruit warrior.
I'm gonna add the yellow soon for the M.
Also, any suggestions on pallete changes?

Your point being that A mcdonalds milkshake can be described as such?

Regardless of what your leanings are regarding whether or not you believe MD's is food or not... I like this piece... I like the heavy line weight and the simplicity of it - it's really quite nice.

HAving said that... your choice of alias color that tweens the red and white areas isn't very nice... and you've got a stray pixel, lower left eyebrow which is shouting at me.

Are you anticipating doing legs, or a body or something? I'm just wondering what all that white space is about?

If it's not allowed, I shall submit it as a seperate project.

As for that white space, it shall be transparentized. And I'll probably make legs.

"Challenge winner Radek challenges you to pixel a warrior sprite that is humanoid in form but the head is a fruit or vegetable."
