Furniture and face WIP

on: November 22, 2005, 03:00:06 am
Here's some furniture I did for no reason.  It was surprisingly refreshing to pixel something so mundane.

And, here's a face WIP, where I was keeping to 5 colors, for no reason to practice color use and dithering.  I'm having trouble with it, I'm not very good at dithering.  The most done areas are from the eyes down to the mouth.  Any help at all on this would be greatly appreciated.

And comments and critiques would be great.

The purple is too dark and could as well be black. Make the purple black, and use the extra colour to get a middle range pink...

The Purple is fine. Great shading there man. I suggest adding a white outline if you like to. Keep up the good work.

I agree with Gil. That dark purple needs to be lightened. It'll make a huge difference.

I can't see the face. The furniture looks nice...would fit into an adventure game well.
