Hey, any CC are welcome, I am wondering if someone sees any anatomy problem or something like that could help me to improve this?

I started with this character, it was a human from the begining but after I developed it to an orc? Really dont know what It exacly is, just followed my insticts

EDIT11 (ignore the background, I think?) I'm being so busy, which gives slow progress  :P:

at first glance, the legs seem too short. the muscles over all, look a little off to me. I am not sure what it is, but they just look off. I also don't like the nose, but that may just be a stylistic preference.

You're using shading to convey details, not to convey shadows. That's a big no-no, I'd say.

Lemme make an edit to show you what I mean.

Is he supposed to be stepping on something? Is that why the black line has been placed at his foot?

Upper body anatomy doesn't seem bad, his arms appear too short from the elbow down or a bit fat rather than muscled/defined.
It seems that the bones of his legs attach to his pelvis at the bottom of it's 'point' rather than sitting in their sockets, which makes the legs seem too low from where they join. Again, the legs seem short from the knee down.

The shading is too highly contrasted, making the muscles seem like they are 'sewn' into him, the definition far too great in them. Not sure how to explain this, perhaps someone else could. Sherman Gill is correct though, the shading of the muscles is too detailed.

Keep working on this one, I think it has great potential.

Anatomy issues can be completely left out of this as it is a fantasy creature, all you need is muscles drawn on the positions they would be if it has to be a functional moving creature.

Further what you did is color the separate parts and muscles but what you didn't do is add global lighting. This means your drawing looks rather flat and monotone. If you for example shade the entire torso in a cylinder like way it will add dimension to it, think of primitives and how these would be lighted in your current scene and apply that knowledge on your objects at all time.

oh i understand, well its supposed to be like hes stepping on something, like a pile of dirt or ground with a higher level..

here I made a little edit on the left side of the picture/body (arm, neck, under the chest..)
EDIT:

I believe I defeated the flatness on the parts where I edited.
Anatomy more or less is my problem, this is the upper body how I want it to look, thats from my head, so It would be wierd to just vanish some muscels I drow, but im also wondering if something looks too short? too long? wierd? U see his 6 pack, well the right side doesnt seem to look like the left one, so I will fix that too.

Thanx for help so far, Senad

The pieces where you work from a reference are alot better senad, couldn't you find a ref for this pic (just for muscles). His left hand has the thumb claw much longer and in a diff pos than on other
hand. I think the upper body is slightly too big compared with legs. Good start on shading.
Modern artists are told that they must create something totally original-or risk being called "derivative".They've been indoctrinated with the concept that bad=good. The effect is always the same: Meaningless primitivism

honestly you could get away with this piece with the anatomy how it is now. but youre doing some really good things with the pixel tech so i thought you might want to go the extra mile. one of the main things i attempted to show in this edit other than a bit more belieavable muscle shape is the volumetrics of them, bringing parts forward and backward with shadow.
Ryu lost his password so he asked me to post this for him.

i think that this would look ALOT better if you had more proper proportions, and had him holding something with his hand, because it looks odd to be idle but outstretched...
main things in the edit: his legs are too short in your pic, so that is there in an attempt to help...i hope this edit helps...because its been bothering me with this pic. love the color choice, and keep up with the pic :y:

I forgot I said I was gonna make an edit for this, but it would have been a crappier version of what Ryumaru drew, anyway.

hmm.. I have been trying to find a solution, but the suggestion you gave me makes this piece more "realistic" and less comic, cartoony.. I mean it doesnt look like a comic hero with all those perfect muscels anymore.. but I like this new piece.. now what you fox think?

But it looks hella better tho.. the stomach..

Eh, I'd suggest a different approach to achieve the nuanced look, right now it kind of looks as if you've smeard jelly all over his belly ' v';;;

Em, I've seen comics that had this quality of anatomy. I also always thought "perfect Muscels" were something reminiscent of the comic book world, not the real world.  ??? Guess, that's my mistake. However if you're still wanting a more comic book "sooper perfekt" muscle type feel, than maybe this rough, quick edit could help a smidge:

Mine-->

I must say I'm not a fan of the arm design. If what ever greater force gave him such close characteristics to that of the human being's anatomy, than what's with the immobile claws? I'm guessing these guys don't deal much with grabbing things or use weapons, but use their own claws instead. (it's very possible, like some lizards, or sloths, but just hard for me grasp...to each his own, I guess)
Any hoo, the arms seem estranged from the body now, and there seems to be some made up muscles in the shoulder and bicep region. I'm also not sure if the thing around it's right forearm is something apart of it's skin, or a fabric. Claws seemed kinda' small for me also. They just seem to be sitting there. You gotta' remember, hands are just as important as the face, in creating emotion. Try not to just leave hands in such generic positions, as it's a bad habit many beginning artists tend to overuse due to laziness (including me, tee hee hee...). Legs seem strangely positioned, as well. However, this is still a wip, so I'm guessing you're just focusing on the upper body for now. I guess there are other issues, but most have been addressed. Only last suggestions I'd give, would be to take it easy with the dithering, and sel-out of the tentacles.(whoops, I just noticed your monster has only 3 finger/claws. I mistakenly thought your original piece's right hand was a third claw from his hand...my bad.)

This is still looking good though. I like the design of the swirly space pants...

Very good progress!  At first I viewed the edits in reverse order, and was completely appalled at your "progress"...but then I figured it out :P  This is coming along very nicely - BOB's edit, while hysterical, still contains some good pointers for his arms and hands...though there are plenty of other members that can lecture you about the importance of hands, i will say that they stand out as particularly awkward currently.  Anyways, mostly just trying to give some encouragement - if you can continue to improve this piece you've got a Feature on your hands for sure!

A couple of things for me:

1) the eyes don't seem right at all. I think part of that is that the left hand side of the nose seems to be at almost right angles to the right hand side (flattened). Look again at BOBs edit.

2) the hair draped over his left shoulder is in perfect line with the horn coming out of his chin. It confuses what's going on. While the whole horn and chin are much more improved in this edit, in previous edits there wasn't the overlap and therefore the confusion of what's going on. Both are similar colouring which makes it even harder.

3) the connection of fingers/claws to the forearm still seems unconvincing from an anatomical point of view.

Those aside, there's some stunning work going on here. The waist and groin is awesome (okay, that sounded wrong!!) and the whole piece has come a long way. As Adam says, keep going!
