Vexwood is at it again, this time with a game for Halloween.

hero is dashing forward

pumpkin hopping forward

pretty much satisfied with the pumpkin, but the hero dude obviously needs work.  Critique away!

Theres something very wrong with the man. It pops too much. It looks like you've used flipping for that animation. Is the head front view or back view?

The pumpkin is pretty good. But the pumpkin should have more frames with circular shape. It should not be cicular on the way down though. Thats what i think when you consider basic animation of
ball going up and down, its stretches at the bottom when going up, and stretches at the top going down. So have the U shaped one on the way down and the O on the way up. Also when it squashes
on ground maybe make it fatter.
Modern artists are told that they must create something totally original-or risk being called "derivative".They've been indoctrinated with the concept that bad=good. The effect is always the same: Meaningless primitivism

Try looking down at yourself while you're running. When your left foot is forward, your right hand is forward. Your limbs alternate naturally.
