well reading phloxes suggestions I have made a bigger pirate


does he look like a low ranking pirate now???

He was way too flat..

His arms were too small.
Black outlines just don't look good on such small sprites.
It also takes away 2 available pixels which you need to show everything better.

I was trying to make that EXACT stance, but I had alot of trouble with it,thanks!
I will edit the sprite first

it might just be me but i think this sprite is just too small to tell that its a pirate.  It just looks like a guy wearing a bandana on his head.  Maybe it could be a bit bigger or give it some defined pirate features like a striped pirate shirt or a hook hand.
