God this is epically awesome, the only suggestion I can give is giving a little green lighting on the staff maybe?

good stuff i love the fish-head skirt... i think that the cane should lose that little lightning quirk at the bottom. you could allso add some AA too the outline.

Oh, I just had to compliment you on your smooth and dither-free shading style, it just looks great even on my lcd screen here.

And as it has already been mentioned, the left foot on the picture seems a bit bulky. Nothing much useful to add.
