I think it is meant to be an evil grin of some sorts.
Then again, I don't agree how some of the smiley files were named as, but I think whoever picked them, did it that way so they replace the default ones without having to change all the codes.

yeah I was thinking jaggies when I saw this as well. If I wore that I'd have to explain to everybody that saw it how it could be made better

I have no problems with the haircut, but eh, it doesn't really fit him (: He looks so blonde and red-faced-finnish-scandinavian-like, plus, he's not a teenager anymore, so his SMOOTH BOY-skin that would've went so well with the cut has become MAN-SKIN D:>

But hey, I can dig it. He looks like a nice guy (:
