Quick graphic design lesson: The character himself is very hard to look at, because you've made such a high-contrast background: black with a white outline. The eye tends to lump things together and against such a solid black background, your character and the outline are very hard to read properly. Maybe this is the style you're trying to mimic - I don't know what "Card Gallery" refers to, but your image will read 100 times more clearly if you get rid of the white outline and make the black background something lighter, or at least give your character a little more contrast. Just getting rid of that white outline will make the image much easier to read.

The latest one (Neku something) reads much better than the previous ones and fits the card gallery style a lot more too. Great one.
About the shoes, I dont know what you tried to achieve here but you forgot to give them volume and that's why they look so out of place.

About Kisara, I have no idea about what's going on around the torso (arms ? boobs ?) : it looks like a yellow pixel mash. You should define the different sections with (subtle) outlining, like you did on Neku Sakuraba's arms and headset for example.
