After looking (Albeit quickly) at the whole thing, the only thing I can honestly say I liked were the boat and jet-ski trails. :-\
It suffers from being over-saturated and obviously being done with speed in mind. I think it would have been better if the guy did something 1/100th as big, and put more effort into what he had.

Also, I think pixel art that you didn't make belongs in General Discussion.

I didn't wait for it to load completely but i've seen it before. Very unrefined, tonnes of copy and paste and loads of empty space, which makes it boring to look at for something that takes so long to load. Seems like the artist preferred quantity over quality. Which unfortunately, is what most of the general public like to see it seems.

I think it's cute for what it is. Obviously it's aiming more towards the perceived pixel aesthetic than the one we do. Seems like kind of a waste of time, though.
