It looks great. The legs seem too small and attached at the wrong point. I like the torn cloth and dithering on the whole piece. The sword looks a bit mashed though. Shouldn't the right side on the handle of the sword be in shadow? It seems there is one light source above and to the right (from looking at helmet) and another one on his left. The shading on the handle doesn't make sense unless there is a third lightsource IMO.
