platform pixels

Great to see so much charater with soo few pixels.
I like the color choices.

However, it looks like you can't decide on using iso or platform perspective, what's it going to be?

Let's see a full mock-up!

Lovely stuff as always, of course the perspective argument is real though >.<

Since everything seems to be fine save for the person, i would just turn him such that he fits properly.
A mistake is a mistake.

thanks guys, the perspective is supposed to be platform.  Ill try to fix anyone that doesnt fit that perspective.

it all depends on what sort of platforms these will be on. If they're going to be straight ahead platforms, only the main character fits. If they're going to have fake vertical depth, then everything fits it.

Also, the third to the right and the one on the end, of the monsters, don't read well. What are they supposed to be?

Great work with a limited palette - these are GBA-licious in a big way.  I agree that the original bird character is pretty hard to read; I mean the shapes are there, it's just kind of hard to tell its a bird.  I like the kind of sickly pall on the infected creatures a lot, very nice color usage!
