You need to study faces/heads, their proportions and how they are lit. Jaws aren't round, ears too high, nose just looks weird, like its bent. Do some study!

Don't study for him, study for YOU.
You are asking for comment, meaning you want to learn. Which will require study. If you do not want to improve and only want to hear if people think it looks nice or not, this isn't the right forum for you.
