I have some ideas for an art style I would like to head towards ( see the attached image below credit goes to twitter @NOP_Pixels)
For me this would be really an ideal art style for my game. Not a crazy amount of detail, unique and easy on the eye to look at. I would also like to make it in the isometric perspective.
What do you think? Obviously I don't want to copy this persons art style 1 for 1 but i'm open to an artists input and direction.
As this project will be quite a large one and ongoing for some time I am really looking for someone who has an interest and wants to achieve the same goals as myself. Although this project is something I have been wanting to make for a while for myself I also plan to sell it on completion on various platforms.
I am willing to pay of course for assets as I appreciate these assets will take some time to get right. I am also willing to discuss a collab situation / profit sharing if you are interested in the idea and would like to work with me closely throughout the development of the game.
