[Feedback] My first Pixel Art Work - Mazinger

Hi!

I am doing an online couse to try to learn the basics of pixel art and this artwork is my final course project. I think I have to improve some things as the banding in some areas and I am not happy at all with the "eyes".

Some feedback please?
