Looks pretty good. The only things that look off to me are (our) left hand and foot. The foot moves too much, and I'm not sure why but the hand and upper arm for that matter seem weird to me. And like chigsam said, the shirt moves too much.

His left leg (our right) seems a bit un natural because it doesn't move at all, also like said above the shirt waves. And also on his left leg at the bottom there is a part you missed shading.

Our right foot doesn't move at all, and our left cuff doesn't move either. His shirt ripples like an ocean, you know? The hands have no motion either. Now think about this scene for a moment. He's bobbing back and forth, staying flexible and getting ready to attack. I'm pretty sure he'd be flexing his fingers too, because if you kept them balled up in a fist or rigid in a pose they'd get stiff in a hurry, and stiff fingers are not fighting fingers. Also, I must say, I do like the head and the way the hair moves.

This is pretty nice, but the leg on the left (his right) looks like is is rubber.  It appears to stretch, like the foot was nailed to the ground as opposed to flexing at the knee. The change in perspective would change how the cuff hangs. The legs all, in all seem a bit odd in their proportions. Also, I think the foot is a bit far over to manage this kind of pose. Also, I prefer the shading above the waist to that on the legs and below.

All-in-all though, super first post!
