I see you've fixed up the lower arm's lighting. That's good.
If the light is coming from the top right, you might want the top of the knee to be lit, rather than the bottom. Also, the light will be parallel to the lower part of the leg, or maybe glancing off it at a steep angle. It might be in shadow, or at least a lighter shade than the upper leg's right side. Just below the knee you may want a touch of darker shadow still, as there will definitely be a little bit of trouser that's shielded from the light.
The rolled-up sleeve on the shirt sticks out a bit as well. If you shaded the upper part of the arm like you did the lower, you could also add some shading to the roll-up while keeping it looking brighter than the shirt.
