No I am saying the gun looks like a humongous erect phallus.

Oh, lol
Didn't realize that, though I feel my comment about it looking more weightless is still valid. :P

well, while making it i didnt notice what you noticed. to me, he holds the gun on his stomach's hight, not the hips, i dunno, though the tip of the gun looks strange, i wouldnt have noticed that if you hadnt told me

Something else you might want to think about is the yellow colors on the gun.
at 1x it looks like it's his thumb on the gun (to me anyways)... the color just seems too close to the skin color and makes it look like his hand is shaped oddly.
May just be me though.

imo the largest problem is the complete lack of a light source. every edit you change poses and guns, but the form and volume wont ever be there because there because there is no light hitting anything.

Krut's edit started to roughly add a direct light source and it worked wonders.

i added some light, and changed his legs again. i know a little how light bounces off of objects but i think its simply not enough... i seriously need to get it right or else i'm stuck in pixelart:/ all your great advices are helping a lot, i think that i'm improving slowly, but improving, thanks.

that last edit shows massive improvement.
My opinion though is that the clothing looks rather ordinary. A couple key details for the clothing could help give him more character.
How about beige colored pants? red and blue is pretty elementary..
