Yeah I know... I wasn't really paying attention to that.

Seems to me the hat was brushed with some low-opacity tool, generally, especially for such small pieces of artwork, why not control and place every pixel by hand? I swear it will look better.

i assume he's holding a sword? but it has a kink in it?

so if it is a sword you need straighten it out or curve it (dependent on the style of sword) - currently it looks odd. if its not a sword you need to improve it's readability.

whatever it is needs a little more definition around the hilt (where he's actually holding it).

there are also some pixels just under the rim of the hat that make me see him looking out past his right foot. you could make more of these (if they're meant to be there) or remove them.
