I think you've made it worse, because now it looks like she's standing on an inline. We're seeing the character from the wrong, but the circles from above.

I had a couple ideas.

1. Was to make some kind a part of a circle



But it was hard to make it look like (it is from above). I tried to make a bigger one to, but as I said before it looks like the water circle is watched from above.

2.

I tried to make this effect of a front vision (If you've watch Naruto you know this water circle on the surface when they are walking or standing)

It's pretty hard to make a right shape ...
What do you think about this one



PS. I know that the latest change was pretty off (I just thought that this might be the case so I tried this one as well).

Have you tried using your program's ellipse tool? Circles in perspective have surprisingly "sharp" sides. Your circles' sides are very rounded and that's why they look off, they look more like rectangles with rounded corners.

If you're going to do that, you could give it a little volume using shading.
