based off a very odd dream i had.  basically a laboratory genetically mutated human, who if hungry and doesn't have food readily available, will start eating himself.

you should try introducing some hue shifting to the guys color ramp.  also, i think you need to focus the lighting on the brick/stone.

There's nothing really to suggest that he eats himself. Maybe you could draw the rib in his mouth? Or his hand.
It looks a bit odd that one of his feet is parallel to the ground, and the other falls into it.

update.  but some rib in his mouth, more gore, and removed the background.  will make a new one later

How bout giving usefull comment? 

Things that struck me, were that the head looks really flat. His chest area suffers a bit from the same problem.
I think overall this piece needs some more volume.

how dare you read my mind, get outta my head!!!!

here is an update...  i added some dither to give it more depth, readjusted the teeth a smidgen (do people still use that word?) and worked on the head's shape a bit...

I think you could introduce alot more action by placing his right arm as if he just removed the rib. At the moment, his position seems too casual compared to his somewhat frantic apperance. That's the only suggestion I have!
