Hello,
I'm working on a 2D roguelite dungeon crawler with an open world. Essentially the player travels through a procedural generated world, progressing through various dungeons and defeating enemies to gain other weapons and abilities. Allowing the player to have different play styles from each run and find one that fits how they wish to play. With that being said the project is still in its early phases of development, having most core mechanics already introduced and functioning. As far as release goes, it is hard to say being only 3 months into development, but I'm ball parking somewhere around
Q4 of 2020.
I'm looking for
serious and experienced pixel artists who are comfortable creating tilesets, character spritesheets, animating, and minimal UI work. For the art style I'm looking for something similar to Pokemon and Enter the Gungeon.
Estimated workPirate Themed
- ~ 10 basic island tilesets
- ~ 8 Dungeon tilesets
- ~ 5 main character spritesheets
- ~ 50 Humanoid passive NPC spritesheets
- ~ 80 Hostile NPCs ( including both humanoids and animals)
- ~ 12 Dungeon Boss NPCs
- ~ 40 weapons
- Icons, Dialogue boxes, UI elements, etc.
- Various objects such as trees, bushes, rocks, etc.
Basically all the artwork for the game needs to be done, however time is not a major factor right now being so early into development. As far as payment goes we can discuss more in depth after I have reviewed your portfolio.
