legs a bit too long, may want to shorten those up
waist too narrow - he has no organs :P
too many muscle divisions, particularly in the shoulder and upper chest.  where did you see a picture with all those different segments?? most of those don't exist even as segmentations within existing muscle groups ^^
feet are strange, unless hes nightcrawler
right shoulder - wtf??

good job so far, lets see it tweaked then finished :)

check your bone structure, ratios, and measurements.
every muscle starts and ends at specific places, learn where these are(where they attach to bones).

Thanx for the input so far

No I dont have any reference, kinda made him up as I went along.
As far as anatomy is concerned, I dont have a problem when drawing realistic images; but with this dude I tried to exaggerate and lengthen things. I guess in future I should either exaggerate to the max or stick to anatomically correct figures.

PS: Whats AA'ing?

or you could try and work on this more and fix the anatomy, its not like you've gone so far with the shading it would be a lot of work.

AA - antialiasing.

basically putting different pixels next to each other so your lines appear more smooth.

Well this is the new version. I hope it addresses some of the previous concerns, I know I was supposed to tweak the original, but I was'nt really in the mood for that...
