Six people is literally nothing. You gotta hail from a REALLY tiny forum if you expect 6 views to yield any replies. Look at erikl's Knight line-art thread. Closer to 200 views and only one reply. Not very uncommon around here.

A good reason to not give comments on your piece, though, is the simple fact that it's a jpg file. Never save pixel art as jpg. If you've spent, say, hours placing down each individual pixel (which you should have), nothing could possibly ruin everything more than using a visible compressing method.

If you still have the original somewhere, please convert it to gif or png instead and repost.

sometimes it takes a while to get replies, patience..
First off, I'd advise you to save your images in a more suitable format. Something like a gif would be good (jpg made your image fuzzy looking)..
I think the door is kinda short, and could be taller. The sidewakl behind the building looks wider than the other sidewalk. And the last collumn of windows on the right are wider than the rest.
Its a nice start, and welcome..

Aye, the door is a bit short.. But the last windows are meant to be larger. Dont ask why, just a whim. I thought I HAD saved it as a Gif..stupid paint.. Yes, I know.. Microsoft Paint isnt exactly GREAT, but It's all I have at the moment.

Edit: AHAH! It is saved as BMP, but photobucket converted it...lousy free webhosting..

Instead of BMP, use PNG.  It's compressed.

GIF is good if you have less than 256 colors or if you want to animate it.

Well, gif is good if you're not using MSPaint.

I'd suggest getting graphics gale. It's cheap :::cough, pirated, cough:::

Plus it has a lot of features that are really great.

MSPaint is alright, but it's hard to use effectively when pixelling (although SplatPixel owns with paint.)

Either you saved as .jpg again, or your connection is doing that weird compression thing that turns all images into .jpgs to save bandwith.

Either way, uhh, cut it out!

Just kidding, but really, save as .png. Jpg isn't a good format for pixel art, it's for photos since it has a lot of compression.

As you can see, I updated the sprite, so it no longer has any black outlines. Looks a bit weird.

Photobucket doesn't allow .bmps - hence the file conversion.
Switch to .png or .gif as people have been telling you.
Don't expect m/any decent replies until you do.
