Well, I like how you made the jeans seem faded, although they lack much shading besides that. :< The colors aren't very interesting, either.
The first thing I notice is how small the head is compared to the body... especially the shoulders and arms. It looks like you slapped the emo kid's head on the bully's body or something.
Look at some pictures/people and study their anatomy and body proportions. That will help.
