We're not trying to be mean to you or anything, but you clearly don't understand the meaning of copying.  If you draw something from scratch, but you make it look the same as the thing you're basing your drawing on, it's still copying.  Back before printing copying used to be done entirely this way.

I tried new hair again.. dunno what its supposed to be but its hair  :-[ Animation is wrong .. dunno what to fix  :-[

Ok .. so i know how to make these things now .. should i start making them bigger .. and how should i start making them bigger.. help is always welcome

Just start drawing.  What sort of thing are you drawing it for?  What's the character like?  What's the perspective of the background?  Keep that in mind while you draw.  Knowing those things will help you decide things like style, size, and what sort of animations you need.  Once you've got a good standing sprite, use one of the tutorials to help you make the walk.

Try doing the tutorials on spriteart.com next. Especially this one:

The sprites are a bit bigger too.

i also said that it was fine for a beginer, and that you try something of your own on a bigger scale.
