yea...im a naruto fan and wanted to help a small group of developers who are working in a game...and guess what...yea...its a naruto game :)
maybe im going to animate the tails even tho it will take long...

took about 2 hours

Selective outlining with a near black is generally a bad idea. I'd make it closer to the reds you have going already. Your darkest red being used for the outline would look fine.

I'd especially recommend full colored outlines if you rooting for an anime look. Also, the lighting on your sprite seems almost symmetrical while the light clearly comes from the side. The right side would have both shape dependent and cast shadows (Eigenschatten und Schlagschatten) if the light-situation was to be consistently pulled off. Right now the shadow on the ground clashes with the body, making it look afloat or just impossible.
It is a good start though, a solid base. My only quirks aside the shading issue would be the lack of a neck and the smallish head, but I don't know the reference.
