Not sure the pink fits on that eye... the highlight there feels off... should be a cooler tone? Otherwise this work is good. Nice use of selout and the white outline looks fairly smooth. Good job on the mouth too. The starry looking eye should have AA between the pink and the darker color. Just look for the sharper areas and consider making them smoother.
