If it is a rendition what program did you use?  If 3dsm, would you mind emailing me the file as an exemplar?  I’m learning how to use the program myself, primarily because the tutorials are rubbish.

thanks fellas.

Polyester: No, the android body was a retarded design.

Flaber: It's all made in the thing with ones and zeros.
Digikrang so to speak.

Mercury: I use 3dsmax. No, I can not mail you the file.
It's quite large (around 300 megs), I spent alot of time on it (hence I don't want it floating around), and it uses some non standard plugins.
Besides, the tutorials that come with max are excellent.

Ok, nevertheless how do you get effective reflections and realistic metal?  I need all the help I can get because I just joined the Animation team for team 25 in FIRST Robotics and we need all the help we can get.  It seems now I know more than the kid who did our complete animation last year by himself.  Exhale noisily...  We still count as rookies though because last year was our first entry.  Any nippy tips for an aspiring newblet animator?

damn well srry i've just never seen something look so good xD

you must not get out much then, try picking up "final fantasy: the spirits within"

Also, krang, krang, krang, that dude looks so familliar, like some ninja turtles villian or something, what the hell is he from, he gives me the creeps.
