Monsoon2d: hahaha, the little head is hilarious. And don't worry about your reputation, you have gained cool points in my opinion I will always remember you for this picture. ;p
Zach: Maybe I'll try pixeling it now that you bring the idea up. >:] And great stuff as usual. The exhuasted guy in the baseball cap looks like how I feel when i'm driving home from work.
Jamie: Studying up on value? I'll do a drive by C+C and say find a drawing 'how to' book to get some info on shading forms. Nice start so far. :]

I have some book's actually that have information on shading, light souce etc.. so i'll propaly go have a look at them now.

Edit - these were done ages ago with mouse decided to post them.. ( i cant wait to get a tablet  ;D )

hullo to you peoples.

gots me a sketch here i want to share.
a certain 'pig' on this forum told me to try something outta my style --> not cartoony.
this is waht I came up with:

all done with a mechanical HB in about 3days or so on and off.

i dont do much realistic so this was a challenge with textures and shading.
