Help!, Cant draw the face!

Heres a new piece I've been working on,

The main problem I've had so far is that I have been incapable of drawing the face.

The area just seems to small and hard to work with, normally, I don't have to much of an issue with faces, i can do them really small (sprite size) or just a bit bigger then this, but this! ugh. failed attempt after failed attempt is driving me mad (I'm not even going to show you my past efforts on it!)


So please, Edit! Advice! I need your help! how do i make an attractive face in such a small and difficult area?

Wow, she looks scary now.  Her eyes glow in the dark.  But it's good, and I like the way you did the nose.
