Wow!Good job man!Quality work!Umm..one thing though..you may want to add just one light source somewhere,it just looks quite dark right now..other than that,however,it is great!

@soup: his head kinda curves in at the back before it reaches the hat, it makes it look like it's not snug on his head, almost just like resting there... unnaturally? Good color choices and such, the arms kinda bother me. they look flat/boring/not thought out.

You keep using circular shadows and lighting on shapes that have square outlines and square silhouettes - this makes absolutely no sense.  It makes it impossible to read your subject's form and volume.  Please remedy!  Also, stwelin is 100% correct about the way the hat is resting there, as well as the arms.
