Nice sprite. What's with the light part of his knee on the right? Do the pants have a stripe on one side or is that shading? Love the hat. The sword reminds me of Sol Badguy's. The style seems kind of SNK/Guilty Gear crossover, if you don't mind my saying so. This concludes my outpouring of disjointed, random comments.

The shading of this sprite is wonderful. It has a clean Stoven touch to it. However, problems with the previous piece, I believe, were still evident:...le sigh, yeah, anatomy issues..we all hate hearin' it, so I'll keep it short...
   His right foot looked like it was snapped around at the shin, from angle his knee was giving. His feet seemed kind of small compared to his natural proportions, as well as his neck being pretty thick, or his shoulders not being broad enough. Elongated his arms, also. And yes, men need some breathing room...down there. From the looks of things, his poor balls were being suffocated by his evil pants. I kinda gave them some breathing room. Also, the hat seems off for some reason.
   Sorry if I killed your style, as yours is much more cleaner than mine. I'm tired...Ga' night, and Ga' luck at the compo'. I'm sure with your current skill level, you'll definitely nab a top spot!

Looks good. I think the hat's front surface (the one facing the light source) should be all one colour (the highlight) to give it a more consistent cel-shaded feel. the belt buckle could be less round too.

I made small adjustment on his legs and crotch.. And there is something wrong with the sword angle or how the hand  is positioned.

i dont really like the leg adjustment, feels a little off balance now, but the hand position does need to be fixed.

the sword should rest on the ground, its near impossible to hold anything like that in the air.
i wont even bother mentioning how awesome it is because youve already heard it.
