Lemme guess - gameloft? This needs a lot of work.  Your light source appears to be a camera flash, but there is no shading on his legs or arms.  The motion on his front (left) arm is VERY jerky - looks like he's shifting gears!  The helmet does get cut off, and for the amount of space you've dedicated to his head (fully half the graphic) there is shockingly little detail present - it looks like a dude with an underbite is wearing a lime!

As it stands, I do not think you'll get the job.  And this is from someone who DID get the job

You need to deconstruct your egos, yeah i ask for critique but this is offensive, you need to read more Jackes Derrida to understand that the computer and your geek soul isnt everything in the world.

you need to grow thicker skin, especially since it sounds like you wont be getting the job (going by what people have said, the image wont load for me)

   The question is WTF is going on with you, guy? The only who should be accused of an inflated ego, is you, Raspberrymeth. No one was being rude to you. You asked in the beginning of your post "did I get the job?" And they responded with their opinion. Besides, you shouldn't expect every one to like your work. As you said before, this IS A FORUM FOR CRITIQUE. Adam gave a proper one, to be honest.
   And by the way, posting "WTF" to hide each one of your comments for each of your posts is not only annoying, it's also childish. If I were you, I'd come back down to earth get the most help I could possibly receive. Seriously, just stop...
